Sometimes i Have a bunch of these open and want to lift my comp window to gain more screen and I'd like to move it without readjusting 4-8 floating pallets every time I move the main window. I understand the reason for anchoring them to the main window, but sometimes it's undesirable, hence the request for a modifier key.
