Auto-update from within editor

It would be convenient to have an update option from within the editor to simplify downloading and installing new versions of Vuo. Maybe via Sparkle or something comparable (rolling your own isn't particularly difficult, but it's not glamorous either).

I have to manually do things that a computer is honestly better at (picking the correct URL, unpacking files, and putting them in the right place. Also comparing version numbers, and doing any sort of data migration necessary).
