'Cut List' node is slow for large lists

Steps causing the bug to occur

Feed a list of ~100,000 items into the Cut List node. Cut out ~1000 items from the middle of the list. This takes several seconds.

Thanks @jstrecker, I am always playing with big lists! Loaded into Vuo a Nasa StarMap the other day, 130,000 XYZ coordinates. Amazing fun!
