2bitpunk, I just posted a VDMX Vuo plugin example over on https://vuo.org/node/959. To use it:

  • Place wave.vuo in your /Users/<you>/Library/Application Support/VDMX/plugins folder
  • In VDMX, open the Workspace Inspector, and select the Plugins tab
  • Click the + in the bottom-left corner, then pick Vuo-based Plugins > wave.vuo
  • A new window called "wave 1" will pop up. You can change input values here.
  • The plugin's output parameters are now available as Data Sources, so you can right-click on an input slider, and pick Use Data Source > wave 1 > Value

In addition to "plugins",

In addition to "plugins", VDMX supports Vuo's Image Generator and Image Filter protocols. Check out our tutorials on making protocol compositions in Vuo.

There are also a few Image Generator compositions in the gallery — to filter the list to see just Image Generators, in the right sidebar under the "Filter by category" section, click "Show More", then click "Image Generator".

What do you mean with "input slider"? The input of what?
