How to use "Render Layers to Image" -node in Vuo SDK?

Hi,

Sorry if this is stupid question, but is there a easy way to figure out object or function names of every Vuo node in Vuo SDK? Most of them are quite easi to found from SDK documentation, but not all.

Like now, my exact problem is: - I have VuoList_VuoLayer object filled with layers created by VuoLayer_makeColor() -function - I would like to render that list to VuoImage - but I can't find "Render Layers to Image" -node from Vuo SDK documentation

Yessss...Thanks a lot!! Now it works.

Its great that there is possibility to code with Vuo Framework. Sometimes its much easier and more efficient to write some code than draw thousands of virtual wires.

(rebooting Vuo editor and reloading project after every code change is anoying, but I hope it will be fixed someday)

How to make an OscMessage with vuo.framework?

I have tried now for some time to make an OscMessage with vuo.framework but could not succeed. It would be nice to see any working example.

I have tried VuoOscMessage_make(), VuoOscMessage_makeFromJson(), VuoOscMessage_makeFromString()

Here is my simple test code to create message {"address":"/foo", "data":[1.23]}:

I changed Make OSC Output -node to Make OSC IP Output -node, to send only to localhost (127.0.0.1). Now OSC messages are sent only once.

Help of Make OSC Output -node says that it sends messages to all devices. I made List OSC Devices -node to see what are those all devices, at least for me Vuo shows two devices when only my VuoOscOutBug3.vuo composition is running.

Vuo OSC Clientreceiving from 192.168.56.1 port 4444 Vuo OSC Clientreceiving from 172.16.130.216 port 4444

Is this because of some loop in my network, maybe? Anyway I'm now happy that I can use Make OSC IP Output -node with localhost to solve my problem and send only single messages
